Billing and refunds
How payment works, what a receipt looks like, and when we refund.
Payments are handled by Stripe. FixSift never sees or stores your card details.
Receipts
Stripe emails a receipt when the payment succeeds. It shows the amount, the currency, and any tax applied.
Refunds
Reports are delivered digitally and immediately, so a purchase is not routinely reversible once the report has been produced. Where FixSift failed to deliver — the report never arrived, or the analysis did not complete — contact us and we will put it right or refund it.
If you were charged and got nothing
That is a fulfilment failure on our side, not something you need to chase. Send us the email address you paid with and we will find the payment and deliver the report.
