What FixSift stores, for how long, and how to have it removed.
FixSift analyses public web pages. It stores the page content it fetched, the analysis it produced, and — where you gave one — your email address.
You choose what we send. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and the preferences page lets you turn off report reminders and marketing separately from the emails that deliver something you bought.
Deletion
You can ask for your data to be deleted. Records we are required to keep for accounting — the fact of a payment and its amount — are retained; the analysis, the report and your email address are removed.
Sharing
Your report is not public and is not indexed. It is reachable only by its private link, and by any share link you create and can revoke.
