Where your report lives, how to get back to it, and how sharing works.
Your report lives at a private link. That link is the key to it — anyone who has it can read the report, so treat it like a password.
Getting back to it
We email the link when the report is ready. If you have lost it, use the contact form with the email address you paid with and we can resend it.
Full Audit and Fix My Website reports can be exported as a PDF. If a PDF fails to generate, you can ask for it again — the underlying report is unaffected.
Sharing
You can create a share link for a read-only version, and revoke it at any time. Revoking takes effect immediately.
